FAQ
Why am I being asked to convert to the new LMS?

TPC Online™ has been supporting customer training needs for over 15 years. Because we all love it, it was time to modernize our software development and hosting capabilities as well as build in the new features you were asking for. A lot of consideration went into the decision to build a brand new workforce solution.


The FUSION workforce solution has been up and running for 2 years and we are certain it will meet your satisfaction and then some. From our perspective, we want our customers using our best product as soon as possible.

When will my account convert?

You may choose to start fresh in FUSION now or wait for us to do a data migration. You will receive a communication about 3-4 weeks before we schedule your migration, with enough time for you to communicate internally so your users can complete any In-Progress work.

What is the conversion process and what do I need to do in advance?

Start fresh customers will have a new FUSION site created, professional onboarding services with our staff to learn how to use the product, and TPC Online™ will remain active until you are ready to launch FUSION.


Migration customers are being scheduled in quarterly phases and we will communicate 3-4 weeks in advance so that you may prepare your users to complete all In-Progress work. From a high level, the process looks like this:
  • Early communication to customers of their scheduled conversion date
  • Support will perform a walk-thru of FUSION with you.
  • We will run a conversion script that will migrate courses, active users, active enrollments, configuration settings, and user training completions since 2020 into FUSION.
  • You may pull your own TPC Online™ historical records with the Activity Details Report, or we will do that for you.
  • We will coordinate an onboarding session with our team to help you get the most out of FUSION.

Will my admin login or my user logins change?

Your login will stay the same if we migrate you, but you will receive a new URL and instructions how to share with your users. Everyone should replace their browser bookmark because there will not be a redirect from TPC Online™ to FUSION. In addition, everyone will have to set a new password the first-time logging into FUSION.

If I opt to migrate my data, will all my user data be converted to FUSION?

  • Courses, users, enrollments, and completed training records since 1/1/2020 can be converted to FUSION, but keep in mind that converted completed enrollments in FUSION will not include the activity details.

Will I lose any LMS features?

You will not, and that is the beauty of it. FUSION is more than a Learning Management System, so you will gain access to new and improved workforce management features.

What if I think something is missing after conversion?

We are committed to ensuring you are 100% satisfied with your conversion and confident that your data transferred properly. We have extensively tested our solution and have performed the conversion dozens of times already. If you see something that does not make sense to you, bring it to our attention and we will research to explain or fix it.

How will I learn to use the new FUSION workforce management system?

Included in the conversion process is time with our onboarding support team to understand how your unique training program may be implemented in FUSION and explore if you are going to implement any of the new features available.

What happened to my favorite report, or email notification?

Some reports and email notifications available in TPC Online™ are not currently available in FUSION. We have a robust roadmap of FUSION enhancements that includes new emails and new reports.

Will my contract dates change or pricing?

No, nothing changes on your contract. We are simply making sure you enjoy the latest and greatest we have to offer.
